Following a joint procurement Valley Group was awarded Lot 1 and Lot 2 of an Electrical Installation Condition Report Contract for Knowes Housing Association and Dalmuir Park Housing Association. Both clients are in the same locality in Clydebank with Knowes Housing Association’s 1,030 properties in the Faifley and Duntocher areas. Dalmuir Park Housing Association’s 689 homes are located in neighbouring Dalmuir. This 5 year project for the electrical testing and remedial electrical work. Services commenced on the 5 July 2021 with Valley Group undertaking a programme of inspections confirming that the electrical fittings in each home are safe and functioning correctly. Continuity faults are rectified during the initial inspection visit with others reported to client officers who confirm if the remedial work can proceed.
