Valley Group secured a competitively tendered contract with Dumfries and Galloway Council for the replacement of emergency lighting and fire alarms throughout Annan Town Hall. The form of contract was the SBC Standard Building Contract with Quantities (SBC/Q/Scot) 2016 Edition.

Annan Town Hall, located in the High Street, was built in the 1880s with an extension added in the 1970s. The original town hall building is Category B listed. The programme of electrical upgrading was carefully planned together minimising disruption on day-to-day activities, staff and visitors.
